My style is very much supportive and client focused throughout. From the first consultation I learn your level of experience, your current level of fitness, what activities you enjoy and your goals, and we build a plan around your current lifestyle.

With weekly 1:1 Personal Training sessions, check ins and progression you will keep on track and build up your strength and confidence.

With options for home visits or coming to my private studio in Didsbury, all equipment will be provided and you can focus on yourself every session stress free.
