I am really enjoying my pregnancy journey with Jess. We have been training together since 13 weeks pregnant and I am now 31 weeks and am planning to carry on indefinitely after my baby is born too.
I had a miscarriage earlier in the year and later when I got pregnant again I was very nervous about exercising whilst pregnant. Jess was very patient, kind and encouraging and it only took a few sessions for me to get my confidence back again with exercise.
With Jess' guidance, I knew that my baby and I were safe and secure. I also feel great as a pregnant lady and always get a great boost from her in person sessions and home workouts. She has built up my strength which I think has protected my body from a lot of typical pregnancy pain, whilst also helping me prepare for when baby arrives and also for the birth itself.
